Take a piece of the festival home with you or document your training! All workshops attended will be recorded on your personal workshop card and countersigned by our DJs. At the end of your stay at the festival, you will receive an official certificate stating the number of workshops you have attended in exchange for your workshop card.
A unique show programme with dance shows from all over the world and all styles is presented every evening from Wednesday to Saturday.
Admission to the Foyer Confertainment Centre: approx. 19.30 hrs
Opening of the hall (EP Dome) and first dance round: approx. 8.15 pm
Start of the shows: approx. 9 pm
Dancing on the party areas: from approx. 10 pm to approx. 0.30 am
WCS area Friday and Saturday until approx. 3 am
Last EP-Express ride back to the hotels: approx. 0.45 a.m.
Alternatively, take your car and park it in the main Europa-Park car park free of charge.
Guests at the West Coast Swing areas, which are open longer, organise their own return journey to the hotels after midnight; the walk back to the Hotel Colosseo can also be done in a quick 15 minutes.

Pre-party on Monday at the ‘Colosseo’ hotel:
Many guests arrive the evening before the festival to get the first day of the festival off to a relaxed start. From approx. 7.00 - 9.30 pm line dancing and afterwards until 1.00 am you can dance to ‘all styles in the mix’: Salsa, Discofox, Swing, WCS & Co.

For the Festival Opening Party on Tuesday from 9.00 pm to 1.00 am the motto is ‘all styles in the mix’: Salsa, Discofox, Swing, WCS & Co.
Where do the two parties take place?
In the ‘Colosseo’ bar in the hotel of the same name. The lifts, directly to the left after the main entrance in the hotel lobby, will take you to the 5th floor.
You don't even need your ticket - the parties are free and open to all dance enthusiasts!
From Wednesday to Saturday, the after-show party starts every evening around midnight in the hotel bar ‘Colosseo’.
This actually ‘unofficial’ event has become indispensable for many guests - and an integral part of the festival day.
Admission is free.
Please note: Last round at 2.30 am - ‘lights on’ and the party ends at 3.00 am sharp.
Is there a minimum age for attending the festival? The festival is generally aimed at adults of all ages. If you want to bring your children, they are also welcome from the age of 12. Please note: Minors also pay the regular fee and must be supervised by you at all times, especially during the evening event. Those who are 16 or 17 years old can also take part unsupervised. The evening event ends at around midnight and all guests must leave the event rooms by 1 a.m. at the latest. As a precaution, we would like to point out that alcoholic drinks are also sold at the drinks counters; of course, all youth protection regulations apply here.
Bring your e-ticket(s) with you to the event, either printed out or as a PDF file / Passbook file on your smartphone. We will scan the QR code on site at the festival information desks - where you will also receive your admission wristband.
No, and this means that the ticket can easily be passed on to another person. Please note: The admission wristband for the six-day ticket must always be put on by our staff directly at check-in (the closure of the fabric band is sealed with special pliers) - therefore holders of such a ticket must appear in person. All other tickets are redeemed for paper wristbands that have an adhesive seal and can be attached by each guest themselves - so one person could take the admission wristbands for a whole group with them.
As the tickets are not personalized, this is no problem. As the invoice recipient, you pay for the ticket. The booking confirmation with the ticket in PDF form and as a Passbook file will then be sent to your e-mail address.
You can then give the ticket to the person receiving the gift, either in electronic form (PDF / Passbook file) or as a printout.
You can book tickets online for up to ten people at the same time. The entire booking is then made in the name of the person placing the order; the other participants do not need to be named when booking. The person making the booking then collects all the admission wristbands etc. on site (with the exception of the six-day ticket, see below) and then distributes them within the group.
Please note: The admission wristband for the six-day ticket must always be put on by our staff directly at check-in (the closure of the fabric band is sealed with special pliers) - therefore holders of such a ticket must also appear in person.
If you do not show up (for whatever reason), 75% of the amount you have paid will be refunded. It is irrelevant whether the reason for your non-appearance is known in advance of the festival or on the first day or evening of the festival. Discounts from competitions, partner promotions etc. will not be taken into account, with the exception of monetary discounts such as gift vouchers purchased in advance.
All guests who have not redeemed their tickets purchased in advance for admission wristbands etc. by 5 p.m. on the last booked festival day are deemed to be unable to attend and not present at the festival. Partial refunds are not possible, e.g. arrival on Saturday does not entitle to a refund of a ticket for Friday etc. Exceptions to this are bookings for several people on one invoice where tickets are not collected on a pro rata basis. In this case, 75% will be refunded for the part of the booking for which no tickets were collected.
This rule does not apply to hotel bookings or other costs incurred in connection with the festival (such as travel, postage, etc.). The prerequisite for a refund is notification in writing (by e-mail or letter) within 30 days of the end of the festival to Gutmann Events GmbH & Co. KG.
