Please enter your billing address. By providing a phone number (mobile preferred), you make it easier for us to answer any inquiries. We need your e-mail address to send the order confirmation, invoice and e-tickets. Your data will be handled confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and will only be used to process your order, as well as to keep in touch with you via newsletter with important information concerning the upcoming event.

After you placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Please do thoroughly check if every item is as requested and save the confirmation for further reference. Most importantly, please make sure to note the order number, as it is the main item needed when communicating with us as well as for re-downloading a lost e-ticket.

The payment of your order is done by bank transfer (SEPA). All necessary data will be sent to you in the order confirmation. Please adhere strictly to the subject stated for the appropriate bank form field, so we can swiftly send your e-tickets as soon as your payment is received.

After receipt of payment, your e-tickets will be sent to you via e-mail. You will receive two files for each ticket: a PDF file and a wallet / passbook file (for iOS and Android). You can either print or save the files. On site, we will scan the QR-Codes and you will receive your admission wristband.
